You will need the following ingredients for the Gulab Jamun recipe: 

  • 200 grams of flour 
  • ½ tin of Nestlé Milkmaid
  • 600 grams of grated paneer 
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of baking soda 
  • 200 grams of sooji 
  • Bit of oil for frying 
  • 1 kg of sugar 
  • 1 litre of water 
  • Ten crushed Cardamom

Follow the recipe in the following manner: 

  • Keep a vessel on the gas and keep it on a mild flame. Add water and sugar to the vessel. 
  • Bring the water to a boil and add sugar. Boil until it turns into a syrup. Later, keep it aside and let it cool. 
  • Take a mixing bowl and add baking powder, Nestlé Milkmaid, paneer, baking soda, sooji, and flour. Mix all the ingredients properly. 
  • Gently knead the ingredients into a soft dough. 
  • Split the mixture into 30-35 equal parts and shape it in gulab jamun form, i.e., round shape. 
  • Fry in the oil over low heat until golden brown.
  • Add the fried gulab jamuns to the sugar syrup that was prepared in the beginning. 
  • Now, boil the gulab jamuns once and then take them off from the flame. 
  • Serve and relish them hot or as preferred. 
  1. Kheer Khas Khas Recipe

Kheer is an Indian delicacy made with almonds, grains, sugar, and milk. Try this delicious kheer with rose water and khoya.

You will need the following ingredients in the Kheer Khas Khas recipe: 

  • ½ cup of almonds
  • ½ cup of pistachios or pista 
  • 1 cup of cashew nuts
  • Two whole cups of milk
  • 100 gms of khoya
  • 1 cup of rice
  • One tablespoon of rose water 
  • Water

Follow the recipe in the following manner: 

  • First, take the pista, almonds, and nuts and blanch them. 
  • Drain the water, then peel and cut the skin into little pieces.
  • Take a bowl, add water and soak rice in it. Soak for 30 minutes. 
  • Add water and cashew nuts to a mixer. Churn them into a creamy and fine paste. 
  • Mix the milk, Nestlé Milkmaid, and rice; heat for a few minutes.
  • Mix in the cashew paste and khoya. Stir it properly. 
  • When the rice is done, add the sugar. Stir it throughout. 
  • Take a mixing bowl and add rose water, almonds, pista, and nuts.
  • Allow boiling for a few minutes on low heat.
  • Your Kheer Khas Khas is finished.
  • Serve immediately.
